How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 3β5 business days across India. Express delivery (1β2 days) is available for most major cities at an additional charge. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy? +
We accept returns of sealed, unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Once opened, products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. To initiate a return, email orders@veda-kriti.com with your order ID and reason. Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? +
Yes. We have a dedicated wholesale programme for pharmacies, wellness centres, hospitals and distributors. Email Vedakritiwellness@gmail.com with your business details and requirements. Our trade team will respond with pricing within 48 hours.
Is the free Ayurvedic consultation really free? +
Absolutely. Our free consultations are conducted by qualified Experts. There is no hidden charge, no upsell pressure and no obligation to purchase. We believe everyone deserves honest health guidance.

Do you ship internationally? +
Currently we ship only within India. We are working on international shipping to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. If you're outside India, please email hello@veda-kriti.com β we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
