Domestic Shipping (India)
We provide shipping across India.
Free Shipping
- We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹399.
- For prepaid orders below ₹399, a shipping charge of ₹40 will be applicable.
- Orders above ₹399 will not have any shipping charges.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery facility is available on eligible orders.
- For COD orders below ₹399, a COD charge of ₹80 will be applicable.
- COD charges will not apply on orders above ₹399.
The order value for shipping and COD charges will be calculated after applying any discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals, promotional periods, natural events, or other unforeseen situations, processing and delivery timelines may be affected.
Delivery Information
Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery details while placing orders.
Veda Kriti will not be responsible for delays caused due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Incorrect contact details
- Customer unavailability at the delivery location
- Other customer-related issues
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we deliver products only within India.
Orders cannot be shipped to:
- P.O. Box addresses
- Restricted delivery locations
- Certain areas where courier services are unavailable
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
International Shipping
At present, Veda Kriti does not offer international shipping.

Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Veda Kriti reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on the order status.
Order Cancellation by Veda Kriti
Veda Kriti reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including:
- Incorrect product pricing caused by technical errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Any other valid business reason
If an order is cancelled by Veda Kriti after payment confirmation, the full eligible amount will be refunded.
Coupon & Discount Terms
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:
- Coupons are valid only for a limited period.
- Veda Kriti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any coupon offer without prior notice.
- Coupons must be applied during checkout to receive the discount.
- Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
- Coupons are valid only on purchases made through veda-kriti.com.
- Coupon discounts are not transferable.
- If a product purchased using a coupon is returned, the refund amount will be calculated after adjusting the applicable discount.
Offers are valid only while stocks last and may be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
Any applicable taxes related to coupon usage will be the responsibility of the customer.
